What is your favorite Biometics product and why?
The XCELL FUEL hands down!!! I did my very first 10K on May 17th for March of Dimes March for Babies. While training, I needed to bump up my workouts. I noticed that when I first started my training, my muscles were extremely sore the next day and got to the point where I did NOT want to do any type of workout. When Biometics introduced the XCELL FUEL I immediately started taking it and noticed a difference right away. I take it before and after my workouts and will NOT go one day without it!

What do you do when you’re not at work?
Anything and everything! There are way too many to list so here are a few things I enjoy… spending time with all my nieces and nephews, reading, eating Cold Stone ice cream (the BEST ice cream EVER by the way), bonfires on the beach (as long as s’mores are involved), going to the movies and my most recent discovery of Scrapbooking!!

Over the last several weeks we have received several calls on how to edit autoship profiles online. I am only going to touch on the basics and try not to bore you to death! ;o)

Are you ready?! Yes?! Perfect!! Here we go!!

Once you have logged into www.gobiobiz.com you will click on the Autoship tab across the top.

On that page you will click on the View/Edit link under the View/Edit Autoship Profile section.

From there you will see four (4) boxes. Each one of those boxes has an edit button in the top right hand corner. Click on that and make the necessary changes to your profile. Remember to hit the save button! Now, isn’t that easy?



If you are changing the ship date of your autoship you will need to make sure you not only change the new next ship date but the new period day as well. Those two days will need to match. For example, if your current autoship is scheduled to go out on 05/25/2008 and you change it to go out on 06/05/2008 you will need to move the new period day from 25 to 5. This is to insure your products go out on the day you requested. If they do not match, it may cause a shipping delay.



Another thing to keep in mind is when you are signing up for auto renewal you will need to make sure you change the type from monthly to annually. That way you will not be charged $25.00 every month! Once a year is all we ask!



The last thing to keep in mind is if you have any type of Q-Pack or would like to sign up for one, this will need to be taken care of in writing. Why? You may ask. Well, when ordering the Q-Packs you are agreeing to either a 6 or 12 month commitment. Why is there a commitment? Because of the amazing discount you receive!!
